Roger Bacon alumna Rajah Shepard (Class of 2018) is thrilled to be back on Spartan turf—this time leading from the sidelines as Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach and Cheer Coordinator. A proud former Varsity cheerleader herself, Coach Raj brings over 10 years of cheer experience and a heart for building confident, spirited, and well-rounded student-athletes.

Before returning to RB, she spent three years launching and leading the cheer program at the Spencer Center for Gifted & Exceptional Students in Cincinnati Public Schools. Now, she’s combining her coaching skills with her passion for mentorship, currently pursuing her MBA at Central State University (graduating December 2025) with plans to start a college prep program for first-generation students. She also owns Colorful Heart Studios, a women’s empowerment-focused graphic design business.

For Coach Raj, cheerleading is about more than just game day—it’s about faith, fun, leadership, and creating lifelong memories as part of the Spartan family.
