NORWOOD, Ohio - The Roger Bacon Spartans Boys Basketball team defeated Norwood on Friday by 39 points, extending their win streak over the Indians to 8 games going back to the 2020-2021 season when the Spartans first joined the Miami Valley Conference.

Christian Byrd led the team with a season high 28 points on 11-18 shooting. He now has 921 career points with 3 games left in the regular season. Michael Noszka Jr. finished with 14 points.

The Spartans went into the half up 36-19 and held the Indians to just 12 second half points. 8 different Spartans scored in the win.
