CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Roger Bacon Boys Basketball team earned the season sweep over Purcell Marian after a 73-64 win. It's the first season sweep over the Cavaliers since the 2021-2022 season when the Spartans finished the season as District Champions.

Christian Byrd had a season high 29 points in the win. He now has 952 career points with two regular season games left. He would become the 9th Spartan to score 1000 points and he currently is 9th all time in scoring.

Michael Noszka Jr. finished with 27 points on 10-16 shooting, earning him a new career high. 5 Spartans scored in the win.
