FAIRFIELD, Ohio - The Roger Bacon Boys Basketball team defeated Cincinnati Christian by 18 points last night to earn their third win in a row and move to 11-9 on the season. It is also the second win in a row over the Cougars.

Christian Byrd finished with a game high 26 points to inch closer to 1000 career points. He now sits at 978 with one regular season game to go and the OHSAA Tournament left to achieve that milestone. He would be the 9th RB Boys Basketball player to achieve 1000 points.

The Spartans went into the half down a point, but a dominant 24-6 third quarter pushed RB past CCS and a strong fourth quarter would give Roger Bacon the road win.
