ST. BERNARD - Roger Bacon Softball earned their first win of the season on Friday night 18-2 over Finneytown. The Spartans combined for 16 hits and Freshman Kylie Land pitched a no-hitter to earn her first victory in the circle this season.

Addi Schwartz led the offense with a 4 for 5 performance with a double and 5 RBI's. Abby Weigand, Kendra Gee, and Erin Pare all had 2 hits in the win. All 13 Spartans got playing time.

Kylie Land finished with 9 strikeouts. She is the first Spartan to toss a no-hitter since Mackenzie Schwartz pitched two last season!
