XENIA, Ohio - The Roger Bacon Softball team finished the 2026 season as District Runners-Up in the OHSAA Division IV District Championship game. The Spartans fell to the #1 seed and defending state champion Kenton Ridge Cougars 11-0.

The Spartans finish the season 9-13 overall and the District Championship appearence is just the 2nd in program history. We are proud of these ladies for making it to the District Championship game and we can't wait to see what the future holds for the program. The Spartans took a big leap forward as a program and will only get better!
