CINCINNATI - Three Roger Bacon Spartan golfers were named to the Cincinnati Enquirer's top returning players in 2026. Allister Fike, Blake Rohling, and Addie Ayers were all named to the list.

Allister Fike - Roger Bacon Boys Golf
Roger Bacon is loaded with returning talent from its state-qualifying team a year ago, including Allister Fike, who is entering his senior campaign after being a leader on the team since his freshman season. Fike, a two-time first-team All-Miami Valley Conference golfer, was a sectional champion for the Spartans last season. He was Roger Bacon's top finisher at state, tying for 10th in the rain-shortened meet.

Blake Rohling - Roger Bacon Boys Golf
Roger Bacon had a historic season in 2025, making the state tournament as a team for the first time in 84 years with then-sophomore Blake Rohling pacing the team. Rohling's 37.6 average was second in the Miami Valley Conference. Rohling tied for third in the sectionals and then tied for medalist at the district tournament with a 72.

Addie Ayers - Roger Bacon Girls Golf
Addie Ayers got her high school career started off strong, averaging a 38.9 across 117 holes as a freshman last season.

Roger Bacon Boys Golf begins their season this Friday at Hueston Woods in the Talawanda Invite. Roger Bacon Girls Golf begins their season on Saturday at Reeves Golf Course for their first MVC tournament of the season.
