GIRLS VOLLEYBALL - The Roger Bacon Girls Volleyball teams were in action last night for their first road matches of the season. JV started the evening off strong with a great 2-set win. The team was led by great play from sophomore setter Liv Bock and sophomore middle blocker Ellie Rice led the team offensively.

Varsity also got the win in a hard-fought five-set battle. Junior middle blocker Bethany Withers was a force at the net leading the team with 12 kills while sophomore setter Emma McGraw racked up 30 assists.

JVB/Freshmen lost a close match to Walnut Hills in 3 sets. Outside hitter Lily Montgomery led the way with strong serving and middle blocker Vanessa Grafe controlled the net with her blocking.

All three teams are back in action at home this evening against Madeira. Come out and show your support!
